2. No Guarantee Policy

• Job offers
• Interview calls
• Salary increases
• Selection in any company

Hiring decisions depend on multiple factors including skills, experience, and market conditions.

3. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Review and approve final documents
• Respond in a timely manner for revisions

We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Revisions Policy

• Revisions are provided as per the selected package.
• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Major changes such as role change, company change, or complete profile change may require additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made before final delivery.
• Work begins after payment confirmation (unless agreed otherwise).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

• Final resume documents belong to the client after full payment is received.
• We reserve the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
