1. Non-Refundable Once Work Begins

Once we begin writing your CV or resume, the order becomes non-refundable because time and professional effort have been invested in your project.

2. Duplicate or Multiple Payments

If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same order, please contact us with your transaction details. After verification, duplicate payments will be refunded.

3. Not Satisfied with the Output?

At RSBCV, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with the initial design or format, you can share a resume template you like, and we will work with you to create a resume inspired by that template, subject to the agreed service scope and reasonable design limitations.
