Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of resume writing services, payments made are non-refundable once work has started.

2. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.

3. Revision Support

We provide revisions as per the selected plan to ensure reasonable client satisfaction.

Refunds will not be issued based on job outcome or interview results.

4. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
